We are happy to announce that we have completed work on our 2024 product catalogue. As always, the new book includes the introduction of several new products which I will cover below. We also took the opportunity to streamline our flat rate shipping program. I think you will be very pleased with the results.
New Products Introduced:
- Ducasse Fireclay Kitchen Workstation: Our very popular fireclay kitchen sinks will now be available in 33” and 36” workstation formats. These sinks will be available in gloss white and matte black and will include a cutting board and colander in addition to the premium stainless steel grids and strainers.
- Compact Hand Rinse Basin: We have received consistent requests to introduce a narrow format, wall mount hand-rinse basin for the multi-family residential market. The Compact Hand Rinse Basin is an excellent option which is already gaining attention from developers.
- Integra Hand Rinse Basin – Right Hand Faucet
- Integra Hand Rinse Basin – Left Hand Faucet: The Integra Hand Rinse Basin plays on the same needs as the Compact, but offers a more square design and the option of left or right hand faucet variants. Aesthetically, it is also a match for our existing Integra Console Sink.
- Fiore Pedestal Sink: Back by popular demand, our entry-level Fiore 2 Pedestal Sink returns for 2024.
- Petite Corner Pedestal Sink: Also back by popular demand, the Petite 2 Pedestal Sink is a great solution for tight corner applications.
Enhanced Flat Rate Shipping Program
- Shipping on all bathtubs has been reduced from $300 to $200. This includes any accompanying faucet, drain, and accessories.
- Shipping on large sinks (greater than 25”) has been reduced from $200 to $80.
- Shipping on large pedestal sinks and consoles has been reduced from $200 to $80.
Upgraded Functionality & Sustainability
For your convenience , each product in the catalogue now includes a QR code which links to the corresponding product page on our website. This code can be scanned by a smartphone or clicked when viewed in pdf format. In this way, you will gain quick access to spec sheets, additional images, and product information. The goal is to make selling as quick and convenient as possible for showroom consultants.
We are very proud of the work being done at the factory level to maintain world class standards of environmental sustainability. The IPPC compliant manufacturing of our cast iron bathtubs is globally superlative. In order to align our distribution processes with these standards, we will be supporting a digital-first strategy for the 2024 catalogue. The book will be made available digitally via email and our website. There will be no mass printing and mailout as has been the case in previous years. We will rely on you and our customer service team to ensure that all customers receive a copy of the new pricing. We do recognize that not all customers will be comfortable using a digital copy of the catalogue. For those customers, we will make a small quantity of printed books available by request. They can simply email orders@cheviotproducts.com to request a copy.
The 2024 price book will officially become effective on 1 May 2024. That being said, you can begin using it at your convenience. As always, we will offer a month of grace for any customers who have already quoted their customers based on 2023 pricing.
