How do I confirm the right size and plumbing layout?
Check the model’s specification sheet and interior dimensions with your installer. Match the rim drilling to the faucet you plan to use, and confirm floor support, access and drain clearance before ordering.
Are the faucet and drain included?
Do not assume the accessories pictured are included. Review the selected configuration and confirm the faucet, waste and overflow components with our team. Sandringham’s low pedestal has reduced drain clearance; Cheviot recommends the #2224 Dual Outlet Drain.
What should I know about shipping?
Eligible orders of at least CAD $100 in Canada or USD $100 in the contiguous United States qualify for standard shipping at no charge. Confirm the delivery service and final charges at checkout. Return freight is separate. Read the shipping policy.
How do I check availability and lead times?
Open the product page and select your size, finish and faucet configuration. Availability can differ between variants. For a time-sensitive project or custom finish, ask our team to confirm timing before you place the order.
