A cast iron body supports a smooth enamel bathing surface. Plan the route into your bathroom and arrange the people and equipment needed to move the bathtub into place.
The exterior finish needs its own care routine. Ask for finish-specific guidance before applying metal polish, abrasive products or protective treatments; enamel-care advice does not automatically apply to the exterior.

Filler, waste and overflow
Match faucet-hole spacing, spout reach and drain connections to the actual tub. A no-hole rim needs a separate filler arrangement. Do not assume a photographed faucet or waste is included.

Residential deliveries
Delivery is curbside, with a liftgate and delivery appointment included. You are responsible for moving the bathtub from the curbside into the building and bathroom. Arrange the people and equipment needed before the delivery appointment.
Commercial deliveries
Commercial delivery is to your receiving dock. Tell us about access restrictions or a site without a suitable dock when you ask us to confirm delivery arrangements.
Availability and timing
Stock status is not a promised delivery date. Share your selected model, delivery postal or ZIP code, and required date so we can confirm availability and delivery timing before you schedule installation.
Inspect and report damage
Inspect the packaging and bathtub on arrival. Report damage to Cheviot within 24 hours of delivery. Photograph the packaging and damage, and retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Which warranty applies?
The enamelled cast iron bathtub carries a lifetime limited warranty for the original consumer in normal residential use, subject to the warranty terms. Accessories, commercial use and other applications have different coverage; consult the full document.

Returns require prior authorization and must meet the published policy, including the 30-day period from shipment and unused, uninstalled, saleable condition. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping and applicable tariffs. Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.
