From delivery appointment to your bathroom.
Residential deliveries
Delivery is curbside, with a liftgate and delivery appointment included. You are responsible for moving the bathtub from the curbside into the building and bathroom. Arrange the people and equipment needed before the delivery appointment.
Commercial deliveries
Commercial delivery is to your receiving dock. Tell us about access restrictions or a site without a suitable dock when you ask us to confirm delivery arrangements.
Availability and timing
Stock status is not a promised delivery date. Share your selected model, delivery postal or ZIP code, and required date so we can confirm availability and delivery timing before you schedule installation.
Inspect and report damage
Inspect the packaging and bathtub on arrival. Report damage to Cheviot within 24 hours of delivery. Photograph the packaging and damage, and retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders of CAD $100 or more in Canada and USD $100 or more in the contiguous United States. Confirm the available service and final charges at checkout.

Follow the care instructions for your model and finish. Rinse away soap residue and dry with a soft cloth. Before using a cleaner, check that it is suitable for the bathing surface and exterior finish. Ask us for the care guide if you are unsure.
Which warranty applies?
The enamelled cast iron bathtub carries a lifetime limited warranty for the original consumer in normal residential use, subject to the warranty terms. Accessories, commercial use and other applications have different coverage; consult the full document.

Returns require prior authorization and must meet the published policy, including the 30-day period from shipment and unused, uninstalled, saleable condition. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping and applicable tariffs. Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.
